Ragi & little millet flour
Foxtail, pearl millet & sorghum
Bahurupi rice
Black gram dal
Sesame & ajwain
Eddu Ganuga groundnut oil

Traditional Preparation

Real ragi is blended into a five-millet dough, then hand-shaped into spirals (Chekralu) and fried in traditionally extracted Eddu Ganuga oil.
